Cathode Protection Rectifiers
As a colleague of EPTECH, we manufacture indoor and outdoor oil filled or dry type (air-cooled)-wall, pole or base mounting Rectifiers. Re customer requirements we produce single or three phase input (from 120V single to 600V three phase) 50 or 60 HZ.

TRANSFORMER
All transformers are manufactured and tested according to CSA, UL, ANSI and IEC standards:
- UL1561 and UL1562
- CSAC9-M and CSA C22.2-M
- ANSI C57.12.51
- NEMA TR-1and ST-1
- IEC 76
RECTIFIERS
We use variety of rectifying elements:
- 1-Silicon diodes
- 2-Selenium
- 3-Thyristor (SCR)
- 4-IGBT
CLIMATE CONDITIONS
Our Rectifiers can be manufactured for operation in the severest climatic conditions. Our outdoor units are designed to operate in ambient temperature of up to 50 C in shade, with a degree of protection against dust and water ingress according to IP55.
PROTECTION
We protect the input and output and auxiliary and control circuit with the proper protection elements according to customer requirements.
CONTROL
All generally accepted methods for the output control of chaotic protection rectifiers are available from us including:
A) Manual Control
- Output Control Voltage by tapping on the transformer "secondary winding" according to customer requirements
- Onload variation of output voltage by step less autotransformer connected in main transformer primary. (Control rang from 0% to 100%)
B) Automatic Control
- Constant Current Control with using a Thristor rectifier and adjust the DC output current and use the feed-back signal to adjust the proper voltage.
- Automatic Potential Control with using Thyristor rectifier that can control DC output current in response to a signal from a permanent reference electrode
